Is Multidisciplinary Practice Right for You?
Speaker: Morgan Mullican, D.C. with Breakthrough Coaching

New Government Compliance Challenges & Solutions
Speaker: Ty Talcott, D.C. Certified HIPAA Privacy and Security Expert

About the Programs:

Is Multidisciplinary Practice Right for You?

Unprecedented legal changes have dramatically altered the way chiropractors can practice in Louisiana. New BCBS guidelines dictate that chiropractic assistants may no longer perform ancillary services under the direction of a chiropractor and be reimbursed. Not only does this mean that many of your patients may not receive the benefits of these vital services, your practice will also lose the valuable income. You might want to explore the multidisciplinary practice model. With a multidisciplinary practice, professional staff such as physical therapists and other providers can collaborate with you in your practice. Attend this seminar and learn hor to protect your practice.

HIPAA Complicance Seminar
This seminar goals are to supply you with the information to help simplify the implementation and maintenance of an appropriate HIPAA and OIG compliance program, with their extensive lists of required and addressable standards, in the typical chiropractic or multidisciplinary clinic, so that the option exists for the doctor to delegate and/or oversee the majority of this process.

Sunday 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. (Dr. Talcott)
