Graduated from Logan College, moved to New Orleans, and established a practice in Kenner, LA. After Hurricane Katrina my wife and I moved to her hometown of Alexandria. I have a established a state of the art facility that opened in February of 2006 to help facilitate the need of the residents in the Central Louisiana area. We also offer comprehensive digital gait analysis (walking pattern) in an effort to create custom-made orthotics to help stabilize the feet, knees, pelvis and spine during walking. The knowledge that I gained from that experience has helped me ensure proper care for the pregnant female during the pre-natal period, during pregnancy, and after child-birth. I have additional training in the biomechanics of sports injury and extremity adjusting as well. In our office we not only concentrate on the adjustment of the spine but the rehab as well, as it is crucial to strengthen the muscles of the spine in an effort to support it better.

Dr. Manceaux is a 1978 graduate of LSU Medical Center with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. After practicing as a physical therapist for three and one half years in Houma, Dr. Manceaux proceeded to Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1984.
Dr. Manceaux is a nationally recognized authority and lecturer on the combination of physical therapy techniques in the chiropractic practice. Because of his credentials as a post graduate instructor, he has taught numerous professional seminars and serves as an insurance consultant.

Originally from Ithaca, New York, Dr. Gravel graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic and was licensed to practice in Louisiana in 1984. She was the Doctor in charge of United Chiropractic in Mandeville for four years until leaving in December of 1989 to form Care Chiropractic. She has been in continuous practice at Care Chiropractic for 14 years. Dr. Nancy has treated thousands of patients and understands their need to get out of pain and stay there!
